Report on targeted killing

The House of Lords and the House of Commons's Joint Committee on Human Rights.

It is called "The Government's policy on the use of drones for targeted killing". This is the second report of session 2015 - 16.

It is called HL Paper 141 and HC 574.

The report calls for clarification of the UK's government on the use of military drones in warfare and importantly in countries with which the UK is not at war with. The difference between the Law of War and the European Court of Human Rights legislation is different. Important questions are asked of Government.
